Queen’s House

The Queen’s House provides a unique and elegant setting for events. Situated at the foot of Greenwich Royal Park, the House is the earliest example in England of classical architecture and one of Inigo Jones’ few surviving major works.

Designed specifically for entertaining and hosting sumptuous Royal summer parties, the Queen’s House provides a unique and regal setting for both corporate and private events. Receptions are held in the Orangery and South Parlours overlooking Greenwich Park. Guests then move into the Great Hall for dinner, which retains the original black and white marble tiles and enjoys breath-taking views over the Thames, Greenwich Park and the Royal Observatory.

The newly restored Great Hall is stunning from floor to ceiling. To make the most of this our venue specialist Georgina recommends a central, mirrored bar to reflect the floor pattern at receptions, or mirrored table tops to get the full impact of the ceiling over dinner. Always make sure your photographer gets a room shot from the balcony above because that photo is sensational!

Reception capacity – 150

Dinner capacity – 120
