Once upon a time in a land not so far away… We showcased a selection of our dishes to the crème de la crème of the wedding industry at the Historic Royal Palaces wedding showcase at Banqueting House.

Banqueting House was transformed into the setting for ‘A Modern Fairytale’ with the most spectacular wedding breakfast. The menu featured cured confit sea trout with pickled pumpkin, charred cucumber, kohlrabi and horseradish to start; a main course of glazed breast of guinea fowl with tomato gnocchi, Jerusalem artichokes and black olive purée; and a lemon posset with white chocolate honeycomb and wild berries to finish.
