A Pink Floyd inspired menu

Following the V&A’s announcement of its latest exhibition, we have designed a Pink Floyd inspired menu

Last week the V&A announced details of the first international retrospective of one of the world’s most iconic and influential bands.

The exhibition provides the opportunity to experience a spectacular and unparalleled audio-visual journey through Pink Floyd’s unique and extraordinary worlds, chronicling the music, design and staging of the band, from their debut in the 1960s through to the present day.

We have created a ‘Retro with a Twist’ menu for events taking place during the Pink Floyd Exhibition: Their Mortal Remains, which runs from May to October 2017. Our menu features classics with a twist such as welsh rarebit soufflés with red onion marmalade and crispy sage, mini beef burgers with chorizo jam and Potted shrimps on toasted Poilane. With cocktails inspired by Pink Floyd albums, the menu will be perfect for receptions or private viewings of the exhibition.
