We chatted to our food designer, Keri Moss, about the exciting food trends we can look forward to over the next few months.

Known in the health food world as the great anti-inflammatory, Turmeric is the spice of the moment. Aside from being used in curries, we are seeing this spice popping up everywhere; think golden turmeric ice cream, spiced hollandaise and smoked and spiced vegetables such as aubergine and cauliflower.

The latest pescatarian food craze set to conquer the UK is definitely something to get excited about. Hailing from Hawaii, poke (pronounced poh-kay) is a raw fish dish, usually served with a soy sauce-based dressing and perfect for those who want a change from sushi or ceviche.
