Our Autumn Winter menus have been launched!


Our Autumn Winter menus have now been tried and tested (and tried again!) and it is safe to say our wonderful chefs have done themselves proud. Featuring dishes such as suckling pig with spiced plums as well as pistachio-green tea baked Alaska, the innovative new menus have been designed with an extraordinary attention to detail.

Although we associate the colder months with hearty stews and root vegetables, our Autumn Winter menus feature many of the short season summer vegetables. The processes of pickling, preserving and fermenting feature heavily in the menus, creating new dimensions to typical flavours and textures and resulting in some bold, exciting and innovative dishes. There is also a subtle move away from Asian heat towards a warmer and aromatic flavour, which is ideal for the winter months.
