Our team of Event Managers are of the most talented in the industry, sharing decades of experience between them; their logistical know-how is second-to-none. We feel it is important to have a consistent point of contact throughout your event journey. Your dedicated event manager will remain with you throughout the entire process, making sure no stone is left unturned and your event is extraordinary.
Without our team of brilliant chefs, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. It is our dedicated, hardworking and passionate brigade of chefs who make our food what it is, and we are delighted to have longstanding members who have been with us for over a decade. We are proud to have a multicultural team, bringing experience from all over the world and from a variety of different backgrounds within the hospitality and events industries. We really value this influence, which makes for an authentic and collaborative menu process lead by our head chefs.
Just as we are proud to say our food is restaurant quality, our sommeliers ensure our wine list is of the same high standard and can be on hand to help select wines to match your menu. Similarly, our mixologist bar staff create fantastic and beautifully garnished drinks and are also charismatic and efficient.
Front of house, our waiting staff provide an excellent service; they are immaculately turned out and most importantly, charming and attentive. Our dedicated back of house team ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes and we leave everything exactly as we found it, if not cleaner!
